Creating your NPO Profile
Your NPO profile is the foundation of every report TrustFundLedger produces — it defines your legal identity, base currency, and the administrative structure your ledger reports against.
Start by entering your registered organisation name, registration number, and country of registration. TrustFundLedger supports any country's administrative structure, currency, and duty stations, so you can mirror how your NPO actually operates rather than forcing it into a generic company template.
Next, choose your base reporting currency. Transactions can be recorded in any currency; the base currency is what consolidated INPAS statements and fund balances are presented in. Exchange differences are tracked separately so restricted fund balances stay accurate.
Finally, set your financial year end and reporting frequency. These control period locking, the reporting calendar, and the narrative reporting cycle that INPAS expects alongside the numbers.
What you'll need
